AFL Player licensing royalties increase

The AFL Players’ Association is pleased to report to players that the total income derived from total royalties under the player licensing royalty system increased to $1,256,333.93 for 2008 from a figure of $902,370.56.

This equates to an increase of just over $353,000 (or 39%) from reporting periods 2007 to 2008.
