The former Sydney Swans AFLPA Club Delegate was recognised for his work with a number of charities and community groups including the Children’s Oncology Foundation, Redkite, the Royal Women’s Hospital and the Heart Foundation.

 

Crouch donated his $10,000 award prize to the Oncology Children’s Foundation, a not for profit children’s charity which is working to find a cure for critically ill children suffering from cancer, leukaemia and other serious cancer related illness affecting children.
